NaturalReader - Text To Speech

This used to be my favorite TTS app. I thought the subscriptions were a bit pricey, especially since even the Plus and Pro plans have character limits, but I really appreciated the fact that you can edit pronunciations and that there are bilingual Mandarin + English voices. The app is very glitchy; a lot of times it does not start reading from where you tap and instead jumps to some other part of the text. But I was okay with not having as much QoL stuff because I liked the voices and that you could download audio. But recently I lost access to my subscription despite still paying for it, and when I tried to contact support I was given the exact same instructions that are already on the FAQ page, which I obviously already followed (and said this to the representatives I spoke to). I was told it was an issue with the iOS app store, but none of my other subscriptions are behaving in this way. I have cancelled my subscription and will unfortunately no longer be using this service.

Recently every single text that I try to download as mp3 fails I am paying the monthly subscription so it really sucks that I cannot use it properly.
