myoncare is your digital companion when it comes to health. With myoncare we would like to support you throughout your health journey by allowing you to easily exchange various health data, such as care and therapy plans, medications, files, activity data and messages with your doctors - all in one app! myoncare enables doctors to digitally support you in addition to the analog examinations. With your personal feedback, your doctor can react to complications, side effects and symptoms potentially at an earlier stage. Furthermore, myoncare enables you to share selected health data through Apple Health App with your healthcare professional. The security of your data is of central importance. That is why we subject myoncare to regular tests with high quality and data security requirements. In the app, you can determine yourself which Careteams have access to your data.

How can the app be used? When you open the app for the first time, you will see a login screen in the app. In that screen you can choose between logging in the app via an already existing myoncare account to access all your health data in myoncare or to register a new account via clicking ‘scan code’. You can get the needed QR codes from a doctor or hospital that uses myoncare.
