التطبيق فكرته جيدة ويسهل حجز تذاكر القطارات، لكن ما زال يحتاج إلى تحسينات كبيرة. يعلق كثيرًا أثناء الاستخدام، وتظهر أحيانًا رسائل خطأ تمنع إتمام الحجز رغم عدم وجود سبب واضح. كما أن عملية حجز التذاكر تواجه بعض المشكلات التقنية، وكذلك استرداد التذاكر قد يستغرق وقتًا أو يسبب ارتباكًا للمستخدم. أتمنى تحسين الأداء وزيادة استقرار التطبيق وتطوير خدمة الدعم لتقديم تجربة أفضل.

So bad application, probably they need to hire someone else to do that job, you guys need a new job and leave this to another company. Also someone supposed ask the Egyptian Railway about this waste of money. Nothing works correctly in this app.
