UI/UX issues abound: disruptive alerts that block interaction and inaccessible OK buttons on iOS, plus CAPTCHA and password-reset problems. Recent reviews

During creation of my IRCTC account I keep getting: “Error! Unable to perform this transaction. Please try again” For hours together Im unable to create my account. There is no clear detail in the error. Feels like the reliability if this online service is questionable. Is an understatement. This is probably the first time a new customer of railways interact with railways - and its such a downer. Are you Government of India developers who dont care? This is pathetic.
