I am extremely disappointed with MyPursu’s service. My payment was supposed to be credited yesterday by 12:15 PM, and it has now been more than 24 hours with no funds credited to my account. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the exact same response: “We are sorry,” “It will be credited soon,” and “We have escalated the issue.” Unfortunately, nothing actually gets resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time. This is the third time I have experienced the same issue. I previously informed for extra charges I bared due to late payment as the funds were credited way late than expected time they promised a claim of $30, and despite reporting the issue months ago, there has been been no proper resolution or meaningful update. The problem started back in March and is still ongoing. Each time I reach out, I am asked to provide the same details repeatedly, only to receive the same generic response. There is no accountability, no transparency, and no clear timeline for resolution. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but repeated transaction issues and the lack of effective customer support are unacceptable. I am genuinely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend using this app if timely access to your funds is important. If you choose to use their services, be prepared for potential delays and repeated follow-ups with little to no progress. I sincerely hope MyPursu takes these recurring issues seriously and provides customers with real solutions instead of automated apologies.

Response time is immediate. They solve problems quickly and want to help. Being able to use UPI as an American is so convenient. Made my trip so easy!
