Frequent login/auth issues: constant verification prompts, one-time codes, and being logged out or stuck on login.
Video playback problems: black screens when switching apps or pausing, audio out of sync, and loss of playback position.
Instability after updates: widespread bugs affecting features, content, and navigation.
Difficulties canceling subscriptions and poor customer support / billing problems.
Community/navigation glitches: threads navigation issues, wrong pages, and UI problems within communities.

I get an error every time I try to launch app!! How am I supposed to access courses I paid for?!

I had hoped this app would make course content consumption on the go possible and easy to use. I can not even get the videos to play, making the whole app useless. Works fine on my laptop, tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. Brand new phone and latest version of the app. Going to have to delete it and revisit with a future app update :(

The app will not send the link to your email to log in. I don’t know why so many content creators use this buggy app. There has to be better alternatives. Trying to track down their CS will send you down a bot road. I’m close to asking the content creator for my money back if I can’t access the courses
