I would strongly advise against subscribing to Flick. For the past couple of years, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription after losing access to my account. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to access my account to manage or cancel my membership, yet I continued to be charged $20 every month. I contacted support explaining that I had previously used two Instagram accounts and could no longer access the account associated with my subscription. I also explained that I had been experiencing financial hardship and had only discovered the recurring charges while preparing several years of tax returns. I asked for help regaining access, canceling the subscription, and reviewing whether any reimbursement was possible. Unfortunately, my issue was never resolved, and the recurring charges continued. A company should not continue billing customers who are unable to access their accounts and have repeatedly asked for assistance canceling their subscriptions. Based on my experience, the cancellation process was extremely frustrating, and customer support did not resolve the problem. I would not recommend this service. I still am unable to cancel.
