Recent reviews

Hootsuite is exceptional in its overall mission to collaborate and automate social media accounts for one user. There are many robust tools that make it valuable. However, it has a significant flaw in its AI function where the command itself says it's going to optimize your descriptions for each account, but returns only results for the first one. This is not a rare occurrence; it is a bug engineered into the code that happens over, and over, and over. The irony is the extra steps necessary to fix the problem negate much of the streamlining the platform is built for.
