This app suck. I have created 3 different accounts due to the app locking me out. I locked my card when I thought I lost it then when I tried to get back in, nothing I did allowed me to get back in except creating a new account. Having to go to the store and keep getting declined is annoying. When I called MECU she said I can manage the card from the banking app not in my case because I was still being declined at stores. That why I don’t like downloading apps.

The card notifications just stopped working a year ago. The error message states ‘there seems to be a problem on our end. Try again later’ I deleted and redownloaded the app. It still doesn’t work. Why haven’t they fixed this problem?
