Users report JPass is unreliable for parking. Repeated issues include prepaid balances not visible and auto-recharge failing; prepaid passes often don't work, sometimes forcing daily fees. The app's ticketing, scanning, and in/out features fail or misprice rates. Location and gate access problems persist: garages not located, gates misbehave or open for others. Sign-up can fail due to missing activation emails, and support contact is hard to find. Overall reliability is poor.

Recent reviews

Can’t get in contact with support, there’s no phone number, and they don’t respond to support submissions. Paid for a parking pass and can’t use it. No help. Waste of money.

Booked parking for one date when forwarding to the payment the booking date was changed and there is no way to contact anyone to help correct the situation.
