Recent reviews

I have been doing Les Mills for over 10 years and I love it. I do it at the gym, at home, on work trips, and vacations. My favorites are Grit, Bodypump, and Sprint. Over the years I have varied which I focus on but I’ve always kept those three in the regular rotation and occasionally mix in others like Bodycombat, Tone, and lately Bodypump Heavy. And don’t forget about Stretch. Love you LM!
