’m really disappointed with how inconsistent and unbalanced Boxing Manager has become. The fight outcomes rarely match the stats, training, or strategy I put into my fighters, which makes the management aspect feel pointless. The simulation leans too heavily on RNG instead of actual logic, and the training system barely impacts performance. After a while, the gameplay becomes repetitive, and the lack of transparency in how the mechanics work makes it frustrating to invest time into. I enjoy the concept, but the execution needs serious improvement.

Title fights should have the best refs but they seem to have worst refs then any other fight my fighter will be leading in punches landed , heavy punches , and control of the fight and won more rounds but will lose to it comes to decision and it’s only one fighter it makes no sense he has a high box office beat the opponent in every way but loses to split decision every time ?
