This app is intended to upgrade the firmware of some Elite indoor trainers.

The app automatically checks if there’s an available firmware and, if the user confirms, it proceeds with the update.

Tips / troubleshooting:

Be sure that the trainer is powered and the blue led is blinking.
Keep the device close to the trainer to improve the transmission
Close the all the app using Bluetooth in background (my E-training, Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, etc…)
If you have problem in the connection, try rebooting the phone/tablet and the trainer. If this doesn’t fix the problem, contact us at myetraining@elite-it.com

Bought a square frame, but I can’t pair it with my direto trainer. The square says I have to update the trainer software. But your upgrado app doesn't work, I can't register or login to update direto firmware

I should have read the other reviews and not bothered. I was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt. The update has failed after dozens of attempts. Now my suito will connect to Zwift, but it says there’s no signal. All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged and plugged in the power cord several times, and have cycled off/on my phone’s Bluetooth. My phone has a strong connection to WiFi and mobile data is turned on. Do not bother unless you are not planning to ride inside anytime soon, and can wait for 3-4 days until customer service can reach back out to you.
