Small subscription fee. Plenty o’ features

This app used to work, but following an update, it will no longer calibrate my Elite Suito. The larger problem is that Elite offers no customer support. They’ve got a knowledge base, but it doesn’t all address all issues. They’ve got a community forum that sees very little traffic. A customer cannot, however, communicate with anyone in the customer support department, if it exists at all.

The device is budget friendly and the app works flawlessly, however at the renewal time of my subscription it won’t accept any payment. So it seems to be dead by the developer.
