User feedback is mixed. Many call the app easy to use and helpful for verifying AR tests and points, and for author-based searches with saved reading lists. However, a large portion reports unreliable AR data: frequent 'no quiz' or 'not found' results, mismatched or missing quizzes, and scans that fail to pull up information. Scanning barcodes is inconsistent, and several reviewers describe the app as buggy or non-functional. Multiple refunds and concerns about value for money are common among paid users.

we used to love the Scan feature to see if a book is AR and get the quiz number but at this point you can’t even scan a book without being stuck watching the same game ad for over 5 minutes with no X to close it out. completely unusable app at this point Why did you do this ?! make the ads shorter and give us the opportunity to close it out
