Starting taking a course online. Used the same login from my computer and for some reason it doesn’t recognize it on the app. Tried to reset the password. Didn’t work.

My rating is for access to the material. The app used to work great, now a blue light just spins and spins and I can’t log in. The website times out. Not sure what’s going on but neither the app or website are working.
