Users like the app when it works, enjoying remote car control and vehicle status features, but reliability is a major concern. Recurrent issues include errors, data not refreshing, incorrect lock/unlock status, location updates failing, and inconsistent remote features. Update cadence and persistent login problems further hurt usability. Overall, the app is helpful but often unreliable and in need of stability improvements.

Recent reviews

If they could fix the constant sign out and invalid pin issues, or at least enable passkeys to make it quicker to sign back in, I would give this app five stars. But seemingly every couple of weeks you’ll go to open the app and it wants you to sign in again and then tells you that your pin is incorrect when you are entering the correct pin. These issues have plagued this app for more than a year now since starting to use it.

App never works to lock or remote start even after updates, uninstalling ect, was paying for the subscription and stopped because the option’s never actually worked! I get errors every single time
