As a more experienced weight lifter, it can be hard to find an app or program that’s the right amount of challenging without making me overly fatigued. I love how accessible this app is for all levels, whether you’re comfortable in the gym or just getting started! Favorite workout app for sure, and I’ve tried pretty much ALL of them 😂
