Workouts are great, but wow. The app is nearly unusable. So many basic functionalities that one needs , and it's completely not up to the task on Android at least. Grace & team, please rethink the development of the app on android, the workouts are too good to let the app ruin it like this!

Really like the Shreddy brand and the workouts overall, but the app is awful. SO slow and therefore not user friendly. In terms of the content I wish there were modifications shown for those new to fitness or with range of movement challenges/disabilities etc (fiton do this pretty well! All you have to do is how the modifications in the rest time or in the example videos shreddy has).
