This app is a piece of junk with a nice coat of paint. Every single time I opened it, despite having Face ID enabled AND choosing “trust this device”, I have to re-request a 2FA code. It doesn’t even save my name in the billing address when submitting a payment despite entering it every month. Absolute junk.

Ever since they updated the app it has been glitchy and won’t let me pay the bill through the app. It’s been an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved
