Introducing the RICOH Resource Booking Service

●Meeting room management with Office 365(*1) -When you reserve a meeting room from Outlook calender, the reservation information is reflected on the terminals installed in each conference room.(*2) -When you operate "Enter, Exit, Extend, Use now" the tablet, the reservation information is reflected Outlook meeting room calender.(*3)

●Auto-cancellation prevents not use reservations -If the meeting does not start after the reservation time, the reservation is automatically canceled to prevent not use reserve.

●Immediate use of vacancies -Even if you do not reserve a meeting room in advance, if the meeting room is available, you can use it immediately by operating "Use now" table.

●Suppress meeting extension -When the revervation end time, the remaining time will be notified by tablet. -If there is no next reservation in the meeting room, it can be extended.

*1:Office 365 is cloud service provided Microsoft Corporation.To use the service, "Exchange Online"contract is required. *2:Need set to interlook with Office 365. *3:A license agreement for the service is required for each meeting room.License fee is required for each meeting room.
