Hours and access vary by site: Urgent Care providers are available from 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday–Friday; 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Saturday; 12–8 p.m. Sunday. Clopton Clinic Internal Medicine visits are 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday for established patients. All visits are HIPAA compliant and private, with credit card payments accepted. If you use Apple Health, you may share data to help the provider make a more accurate diagnosis.

Horrible app. Showed there was an APRN available. Waited in his waiting room as the next patient for one hour. Finally called the office and they said that APRN isn’t even scheduled to come in until later today. Switched me to another APRN who they said was ready immediately. Took 30 more minutes to connect with him. 30 seconds into the appointment he said we need to come into the office anyway. Complete waste of time with inaccurate staff availability.

This is the first time I tried to use the app. I waited 2 1/2 hours to meet a APRN that claimed to be available online. That’s ridiculous. I could have been seen faster by walking into a busy office if I felt well enough to drive myself. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. It has been a waste of my time. Very disappointed.
