Very buggy. Have reported numerous times that things disappear. Reappear. Or simply aren't there. Even if support sees them. I can't. No user should have to constantly close/reopen the app, or delete/reinstall just to see things. Developers: Just fix caching. Also, a search feature for items entered / shipped would reduce your support burden a lot as well. Finding whether specific items have shipped or arrived is impossible. Everything is a manual line-item tap and view. We have had databases for 60 years now. Let's introduce a search function. Fixing these things will benefit your payroll costs. And make your app useful to users.
