While the old version of the app had its issues, the new version is less intuitive. My issues are mostly with the order history section of the app. In the old app, it would allow you to open an order and see when each item was expected to come. It also allowed you to track them. Now, in the new app, you can’t see anything about an expected delivery date for any items in the order. There’s a button to “track”, but it doesn’t work. I also wish the book covers were still shown in order history. For customers who order frequently and in large quantities, it can be a nice and easy way to double check what has been ordered already.

Searching and loading in the app is faster than it was before the major update, but we’ve lost some pretty helpful features. Filters and scrolling location reset when you return to the results, order history lacks actions (like being taken to the product’s page), and I really liked being able to see receipts in the app. Overall, one step forward and two steps back.
