So many parts of the app need improvement, but the biggest issue is the route navigation. The way routes are set up is confusing and inefficient, and you can’t reorder pools in a way that actually sticks for future use. For a tool that’s supposed to streamline a technician’s day, the routing system ends up creating more work instead of saving time. If Pool Brain could fix the navigation and allow permanent route customization, it would make a huge difference for techs in the field.
