You can submit maintenance requests but that’s basically all it’s good for. The app support team is especially awful and rude if you ever have problems.

I use the app daily. it’s wonderful. but can someone help me get back into my account? I was logged out and it says user not found.

Whoever made this app has never spoken to a UI designer. It’s so confusing to navigate. For example, to view notifications, I have to enter the “Messaging” screen, but the default tab is “chat” instead of notifications… who exactly am I meant to chat with?! There are also tons of little bugs and annoyances that aren’t major enough to rage about by themselves, but they all add up to a really frustrating user experience.
