The Edward Rose Resident app is a fast, convenient and user friendly way to pay bills, connect with the leasing office and/or put in maintenance requests. I love being able to just get a code directly to my phone at sign in instead of having to remember yet another password. I have this app a 4star rating because the fee to pay your rent makes people feel that it just another way for the company to try and squeeze more money out of their pockets. Whether necessary or not. Most people feel the greed is at an all time high.
