Ok I have been doing this for only a week now and I already got my left splits! I’m excited to see how they look at the end of the month. However, the ads and all the limitations on the free version are SO annoying. Also if you have to pay, then it should be 5 bucks a month. NOT FRICKING 20!!!! Also, developers: please consider adding other options for music. *like Spotify* Overall it’s a good app😇🤸🏼‍♀️

I’m a beginner at cheer and I always wanted to be a flyer and online team. Everyone in the hair is really heavy so it’s hard for bases so it’s really like our team is kind of duty right now. We basically suck because our flyers are so big that our bases can’t lift them and I personally have no flexibility like at all so I wanted to be a flyer but I have no flexibility so I went on App Store and I saw this app and now I have my bow and arrow my splits my everything with only 30 days it is a life-changing. This app helped me so much.
