This app allows you to track how much protein you consume throughout the day, and also keeps track of your consumption history. You can set a daily goal for the amount of protein you would like to hit, see how close you were to your goal, and see individual consumption entries. You can also add notes to each entry, and record protein from a previous day (in case you forgot to track it before). In addition to that, you can create your own custom shortcuts (for things that you eat regularly). You can also switch between grams of protein, and ounces of protein. The current version doesn't have any other nutrition tracking, and doesn't have a database of foods. It is meant to be a simple way to keep track of approximately how much protein you are getting.

I used 2 different emails. Each time I was told wrong email or password. So I selected “forgot password” so I could try again. It said check email to do another password. Several hours later I’m still waiting on that email. I better not get charged for this or Apple will hear from me.

Zero stars. After downloading twice and using 2 different emails and passwords, still unable to open. Says to check email. I gave up.
