MobilEM is a strong, all-in-one EMRA library with convenient search and ongoing updates, but it suffers from reliability problems—especially PressorDex/sedation crashes and access glitches—and content gaps (EM Fundamentals, pediatrics).

Pros

All-in-one EMRA resource suite (one-stop app) that consolidates guides and books into MobilEM.
All-access pass provides access to all EMRA apps at a lower price than buying individually.
Improves patient care and is a handy pocket reference; praised for real-world utility and even saving lives.
Search across MobilEM to find keywords spanning the different EMRA apps.
Regular updates and responsive support help keep content current and fix issues quickly.

Cons

PressorDex/sedation module crashes or is non-functional, affecting critical workflows across reviews.
Subscription/access issues: users report being unable to access content after purchase or trouble restoring purchases.

Recent reviews

Could be the perfect go to app to replace WikEM, instead it’s old and convoluted. The little info in these little books are great, but their digital counterparts are dated and clunky. Unfortunate it see ACEP/EMRA hasn’t invested in building a solid app. The data’s all there, it just needs a dedicated software engineer to build it out. Including this with ACEP membership would be a phenomenal benefit.

Honestly I hardly use this since I realized it doesn’t have EM Fundamentals. Pretty bummed I paid for it & it doesn’t have one of the most critical things.
