I have a problem with my software and there’s absolutely nobody to contact. There is no one to help you and it has screwed up my phone. Forget this software because there’s no support. Lol. They read my review and sent me an email to restart my phone and reload the software. Believe me, I’ve tried everything. I’ve shut the VPN off because that’s causing all the problems. Just stay away from this product because there’s absolutely no way to talk to anybody or contact them. It’s just a black hole. Finally, it’s so annoying. Every time you open Avg in your computer or your phone, you can’t even do anything with it. All you do is get pop-ups trying to sell you more features. Pretty horrible. I followed the instructions (restart your phone, delete the AVG app, reinstall it) and I started the VPN. It worked for about 30 minutes. Then it totally screwed up my phone again. I could not use any app. Everything froze up. I tried 10 different apps. I couldn’t even open AVG. I finally got in and stopped the VPN and everything worked perfect. I have an iPhone 15 and the latest version of iOS 25.5. Everything else on my phone works perfectly. I received a whole new version of the software which I downloaded. Everything appears to be working great. VPN is working again. I appreciate this whole new version.

Tried to upgrade to use VPN btw was only supposed to be $29 with the promise of a refund for the original version I bought. Got charged $49.99. And VPN would not turn on ! Their fix was to download their VPN app which is an additional charge.
