2026-04-12	JK*****	As a parent, this app is absolutely impossible to use. I spend ages trying to figure out what something is called or where to find it. And simple actions like marking a kid absent takes WAY too many clicks. And, don’t get me started on how many times it crashes

2025-10-18	Pi*****	App does not allow me to communicate with my child’s teacher for the current year only from last year. I mentioned the problem to the school, they said they told the app but still no solution or help.

2024-11-02	Sc*****	The app requires full access to all of our thousands of personal photos for us to be able to download the photos posted by our teacher. This is a huge privacy concern, should be a quick and simple fix, and it appears the developer has been promising this quick fix for a year now. They recently emailed me that the full access requirement would be removed on Oct 22, but that day came and went with no change. Then they stopped responding to me. Sounds like the same empty promises over and over again, so very concerned about what they are doing with people’s photos. I will be requesting we re-evaluate our school’s use of this app for this single reason.
