Grateful for these small incremental strengthening exercises. I find myself constantly meditating on giving everyone and everything to Jesus, and allowing the Lord to clear the internal debris. The pause practice alone creates a rhythm for the human soul- an anchor in the midst of the tumult of the human experience. Grateful to John and his team for developing this app. I’ve told so many people about it.

This is one of the best app I have ever downloaded! Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to reconnect and build stronger relationships with God. Daily little pause also helps with restoring peace
