Speak Up is Katy ISD's anonymous reporting system that empowers students, parents, and community members to safely submit safety and well-being tips. Submissions are anonymous and can include details about bullying, weapons, suicide or self-harm, illicit drug use, inappropriate relationships, violence, and other concerns. Users may attach video or photo evidence to support their report, helping school staff understand the situation while protecting the reporter's identity.

All tips are thoroughly investigated by campus personnel, law enforcement, and/or a crisis management team. This secure pathway is designed to provide timely intervention for individuals at risk of harming themselves or others, support affected students, and promote a safer school environment within Katy ISD.
