Have not received my ticket yet follow the steps and process when you guys website still haven’t received anything. This is a really bad experience. I will not be using you guys app or website anymore. Going forward.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. They accused me on losing the tickets I bought from them when a link to open the tickets would not open at all. The customer service was of no use. They told me to just wait and maybe they could get the tickets set to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
