Pros: easy to use, user-friendly, app access is appreciated and improving, receipts management is straightforward. Cons: serious performance issues (slow logins, spinning wheel, crashes), documentation workflows are broken (uploads restricted, unclear what’s needed, no in-app status), poor customer support (long waits, unhelpful responses), data not in sync with the website (not up to date), and key features missing (no Face ID, limited functionality vs website, mint integration).

The app does not update you quick enough. I put in a claim almost a week ago and I still haven’t received a response other than it needs more documentation. I provided that documentation 4 days ago so what’s going on??

Watch your investment balances. I hadn’t looked in a while but in a market where stocks are booming somehow I have lost the equivalent of all the contributions I have made for the last six months. Not happy. I understand this is about the app but I don’t care

My company switched to AccrueHealth two years ago and it has been 100% better. I am very happy and have had discussions with coworkers who feel the same way. Easy and so user friendly of a system.
