I'm sick of this service, they keep sending SMS even though I turn off SMS from communication settings, they turn it on automatically after!

I arranged a contract for 2 cleanings a month. After sevaral cleanings I started getting repeated no shows, requests for rescheduling (and no shows on those appointments), and no prior communication about cancellations. They draw you in with good pricing and then provide lousy service. And customer service is awful.
