awful. they don't protect customers. I choose a service provider with a 4.8 rating. on the day of the service he went to my house on the agreed time and just cancelled the service without even talking to me. oscar did nothing about it. they should block providers with this behaviour and they should allow customers to place a rating and review on the provider profile, and include the number of cancellations the provider had, so that customera can take informed decisions. very bad experience!

bad professionals , I hired a guy who didn't show up canceled after and they reimburse me only 50% , now I'm chasing their client support. first time and last time !
