useless. they don't list anyone with qualifications and you have to pay a lot of money before you get a service agreement. not clear at all if the person they recommend has any qualifications at all. I needed a certified electrician and they had no one.

absolutely disgusting app. they send a random unqualified person who leaves without finishing, saying he will come back tomorrow. the doesn't and he marks the task as completed effectively stealing my money. I contacted support 6+ times over weeks and weeks and now have to file a report to my credit card company to get the refund... Not to mention the damage he did to my wall! Do not use this company, they are scammers and do not support their customers when their workers fail.
