User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise the app for easy shopping and the quality/appropriateness of Reima clothing, plus features like wishlist and rewards. However, recurring problems include misrepresented first-purchase discounts, persistent cart and login issues, and poor customer service with unresolved orders. Occasional positive notes about the brand and weather-focused features exist, but reliability issues in the app experience appear frequently enough to impact overall satisfaction.

Pros

Easy in-app shopping experience (repeated across multiple reviews).
Clothing is durable, non-toxic, and suitable for cold weather (positive notes on quality).
Broad selection of weather-appropriate kids' clothing from Reima.
Useful app features like wishlist and rewards for orders.

Cons

First-purchase discount advertised as 20% is not accurate in-app (only 10% available and shipping not free).
Cart issues: items can’t be added, edited, or removed reliably and checkout can fail.
Login/authentication problems: sign-in failures and Google OAuth errors.
Poor customer service and order fulfillment: unresponsive to messages and orders not fulfilled or resolved.
