User Reviews

Users praise the clothing quality but cite repeated app issues: promo/payments not working, instability at checkout, missing English language support, and difficult navigation. These problems occur across multiple reviews and overshadow otherwise strong product quality.

Pros

High-quality, warm, waterproof outdoor clothing for kids.
Positive perception of the brand and product range (reliable outerwear for harsh winters).
Some users report a smooth ordering experience with no app problems.

Cons

In-app discounts and payments frequently fail: 20% promo not consistently applied, discount codes not working, and payment loops or card/wallet issues.
App instability: frequent crashes, freezes, and checkout reloads that prevent completing purchases.
Lack of English language support in the app.
Poor navigation and UX: harder to use than the website, with scrolling issues and missing features like price sorting.

The website advertises 20% in app purchases- this was not available. A different code claimed 10% + free shipping but would not apply the free shipping. So only received 10% off. Therefore deleting app.
