There’s no where on the app to review the location I visited. Nor did I receive a text with a link.

It’s nice it lets you to check in, but there are a number of confusing things with the app: - it’s not clear what to do and for how long to wait when the scheduled time has passed. Not showing people in line before you, just showing people walked in and booked ahead - not clear what to do with that information. - after I’ve checked in, entered all information and my card was charged, in upcoming visits I still see a message “you’re almost there…” and a button Add credit card - I’ve already added it and it was charged! - insurance is saved in the account, but the app requires to enter it again during booking a visit. The Take photo option is not functioning: it starts making a video, rotates screen, minimizes the screen…. Nothing comes out of it eventually and I had to recenter the insurance information manually.

I had a splendid time at this appointment. The receptionist was very professional and both the nurse and NP were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely where I will come again for urgent care!
