Users praise the app when it works—easy to use, access to the full menu, and especially the order-ahead feature for quick pickups. However, reliability is the dominant concern: frequent crashes or inability to open, server errors, and the need to reinstall; alongside login/authentication problems, duplicate or failed orders, and notes not saving. The top positives are ordering ahead and menu access; the top negatives are stability and order transmission failures. Improving stability and authentication would greatly raise overall satisfaction.

Frequent crashes and the app won’t open (status code 500 / application errors).
