Difficult to cancel membership

The app is ran exactly like the gym. Poorly. It’s wonky, nothing ever populates timely, and it’s a pain to get answers. They probably got the cheapest person possible to make the application like they did the quality of gym equipment. The only difference is they can’t water down their dial hand soap on an app.
