How it works;

• Jobs are entered and allocated to Engineers either in the office or out on the road.
• Engineers access jobs through the app.
• Engineers complete jobs to include time spent, job comments, serial numbers, customer signature, images, parts used etc.
• A service report is then emailed to the customer.
• Office personnel view the completed job details.
