Bass Trainer helps you learn the notes on the bass fretboard and read sheet music without tabs. Build speed and accuracy in sight-reading by presenting a note on the sheet and challenging you to play it by tapping the correct string(s) and fret(s) on the virtual bass. The built-in score system Rewards harder choices and tracks your progress over time with graphs. Customize each training session with options like duration, per-note response time, which strings to train, bass or treble clef, Do Re Mi or CDEF note naming, and whether to show fret numbers or note names.

With practice you'll be able to instantly play any note on the fretboard, making bass reading easy and fun. As you train, you'll strengthen your note recognition and reading speed, letting you tackle sheet music confidently and improve over time.
