Finding care through app is incredibly frustrating. For example if I am searching for sports physical therapy it brings up a bunch of doctors near me. I call the number listed for a doctor on the app and 95% of the time it has been a number to a different type of care facility. I have to try and locate where the doctor might work from Apple Maps and then try the number outside the app. It’s ridiculous. I think it’s a scheme to make it difficult to find care in hopes people don’t use their insurance. Additionally one of the few times I actually found a location that was listed as covered under my insurance, turns out it wasn’t and I had to pay a hefty bill that wasn’t covered. App sucks I would rate 0 stars if I could.
