I’m guessing people who rated this was just happy to have an app but this app is stressing me out. The toggle buttons are confusing- don’t know when it’s on or off. The onboarding is weird. The image animations are choppy. The knowledge articles are too overwhelming to sift through. The way to get help is to email them. I can’t edit my data- I have to go contact them via email. The navigation buttons feel like they just threw them on to the page. They’re not at the spots where you expect them to be or where it should be for mobile. I was really hoping this app would be better given that it has 4.8 reviews.
