Baby Yourself

Baby Yourself is a free maternity program app designed to support expectant mothers and their babies throughout pregnancy. It offers personalized experiences and nurse-backed care coordination, suitable for both normal and high-risk pregnancies.

Key features include weekly updates on baby development, mood and symptom tracking, blood pressure monitoring, kick and contraction counters, a personal birth plan to share with your doctor, daily pregnancy tips, a photo gallery, and pregnancy-related health articles. Eligible participants receive support from a Blue Cross registered nurse, access to a personal nurse, and care coordination, including home health services when indicated.
