Army Leader's Book (LB) is a mobile leadership tool designed to help you track Soldiers' non-sensitive information to strengthen readiness. It records APFT/ACFT results, weapons, body composition, training and MedPros dates, and absence data via PERSTAT, plus profiles, duty rosters, taskings, counseling, awards, and notes to support daily leadership tasks.

Security and Premium: LB stores data in Google Firestore with encryption and robust access rules so only you can view your information. You should obtain consent from Soldiers before inputting their data. A Premium subscription at $1.99/year adds Excel uploads, PDF exports, and ad removal, helping you build hard-copy leader's books.
