Massage Note is for massage therapy professionals. It provides a simple digital record keeping method for taking clinical notes during consultations.

Assists therapists by allowing them to maintain accurate, legible and current clinical records for each client, for every consultation.

The therapist can:

• Take initial client details at the first consultation.
• Take on-going consultation notes for each session.
• Attach files, pdfs and images to each session/consultation.
• The app includes a basic informed consent form in PDF format.
• The pdf is electronically filled out by the app.
• The consent form pdf template can be replaced with a custom formatted PDF. 
• Only one page pdf is supported at this time.
